Maz and I (Tomlin) were surprised and delighted to receive an email from one of our students, who noticed that we have been so busy that we haven’t been able to post on social media as much as we would like to get the word out about our learning pod. He has a great deal of experience with social media and is keen to help.
Here is the email we received, which we are sharing with permission from him:
T is a student with a complex PDA profile and with significant aversion to writing. However, when he can see a need, has his own drive to help in an area that interests him, and is left to his own devices, he is eloquent, bright and extremely competent. We were super proud to receive this email. Should we take him up on it? What do you think?
