The Parent Hub
Fees
Fees shown are for all new places or new fee agreements from 1st March 2025
Places in the Hawthorn Learning Pod are available as parent-funded spaces to supplement home education, or as local authority EHCP funded alternative provision. Parents paying for fees without an EHCP receive a bursary to enable Hawthorn Learning to be accessible. The fees for EHCP and non-EHCP fees are shown below.
If you feel that you are not in a financial position to afford the fees, but think your child would benefit from a place with us, please contact us to discuss your options. We have a number of further support and bursary options available, and are keen to help people access our provision.
Parents who are self-funding at Hawthorn learning receive a bursary. The fees for the year are £8,250 plus VAT (£9,900). This can be paid:

For all places funded by the local authority either by direct funding, school partnership, or EOTAS package, the fees for the year are £25,000 plus VAT (£30,000). This can be paid:
- In one annual amount of £30,000 (inc. VAT), paid in September.
- In three termly amounts of £10,000 (inc. VAT) each, paid in September January and April.
- In twelve monthly amounts of £2,500 per month (inc. VAT) at the start of each calendar month.
